Who uses this application

PMO System is a private tool operated by, and used only by, its owner (a single project manager). It has no other users.

What Google data it accesses

With the owner's permission, the application accesses the owner's own Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Calendar. Access is limited by the application to one project folder and the project's own calendar.

How the data is used

• To read project files the owner places in the project folder (for example meeting notes and emails).
• To keep the owner's project task list, risk list and logs up to date in the owner's Google Sheet.
• To create and fill the owner's project reports in the owner's Google Drive.
• To read project dates from the project calendar.

Project text is processed with Google services (the Google Workspace APIs and the Gemini API) on the owner's behalf. Notifications are sent only to the owner's own Telegram chat.

Sharing

The data is not sold, rented or shared with anyone. It is not used for advertising. It stays in the owner's own Google account and on the owner's own computer.

PMO System's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Run history is kept for 30 days and reports for one year. The owner can remove the application's access at any time in the Google Account settings (Security → Third-party access).
